Although there are no specific preferences specifying copyright ownership, two basic rules of thought are applied. Firstly, image ownership remains exclusively with the photographer, unless specifically requested and purchased by the customer at the outset. Secondly, unless provided with express written permission from the copyright owner, no enhancing or alterations will be made to any still or moving image provided by the client.
